The bracelet looks fine, trying to work the clasp is nearly impossible. The snap is extremely tight and stiff; it’s hard to operate with two hands much less one. Having deficient construction is unfortunate given the company’s policy of no refunds. I would request an exchange, except I would be worried about receiving a non-refundable *and* non-exchangeable product of similar quality. I would recommend purchasing elsewhere.
