Holiday Exchange Policy

Orders placed between November 27th, 2025 and December 31st, 2025 (the “Extended Exchange Period”) are eligible for an exchange until January 6th, 2026, subject to our standard terms and conditions.

Orders placed after the Extended Exchange Period will follow DRAE Collection’s standard 14-day exchange policy.

Please refer to our Exchange Policy to confirm whether your items are eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds.

Exchanges

 Exchanges and store credit are only available for eligible items and are subject to a processing fee of $15 USD (for U.S. customers) or $20 CAD (for Canadian customers).

Once your order has been delivered, you have 14 days to initiate an exchange. Please email us at info@draecollection.com with the following details:

• Your order number

• Your full name

• Your complete address

• The items you wish to exchange

Exchanges can be made for the same product or another product of equal value.

To qualify for an exchange:

• Items must be in their original packaging

• Items must be unworn and in the same condition as received

Our customer service team aims to respond within 24 to 72 business hours to assist you promptly.

Final Sale

Sale Items: All sale items are final sale at the time of purchase and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Final Sale Products: Solid Gold collection, earring backs, earrings, mystery products, free gifts and items purchased at pop-ups or sample sales are also final sale items.

Exchanged Items: Any items exchanged are considered final sale. No exchanges or store credit will be issued for these items.

International

Final Sale Policy

All international orders are final sale. We do not offer exchanges or store credit once the order has been delivered.
