RETURN POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.  If you have ordered the wrong size, we’ll be happy to exchange it for the correct size as per our exchange policy.  

If when you receive your item it is defective or damaged, we will replace (or refund)  it for you. Otherwise all our items are deemed final sale. Note that for hygienic reasons, all our earrings are final sale.

Use our Contact Us form, or email us at info@draecollection.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and we will contact you to arrange the replacement.

Once received, we will fully examine the damaged item and notify you of our decision. If you’re entitled to a replacement, we will ship the new item to you at no charge. If you are entitled to a refund, we will process using the original method of payment.
