All our products are subject to quality control.

Our one-year warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship and plating. It does not cover lost items, scratches and bends from normal wear and tear, misuse or poor storage, or repairs and changes made by anyone other than DRAE COLLECTION, including resizing. See our Warranty page.

We do not provide refunds. Exchanges and store credit are available for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to a processing fee of $15 to get a return label. All amounts are in your local currency.

Final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit: sale items, the Solid Gold collection, earrings and earring backs, mystery products, free gifts, items purchased at pop-ups or sample sales, and items that have already been exchanged. International orders (shipped outside Canada and the United States) are also final sale. See our Exchanges page.

In Canada, choose Standard shipping ($15 CAD, free on orders over $100 before taxes) or Express ($22 CAD). Shipping to the United States and internationally is a $30 flat rate, in your local currency. See our Shipping and delivery page.
