A solitaire ear cuff in sterling silver 925, set with a 6mm x 9mm teardrop-cut cubic zirconia. The cuff is 12mm in outside diameter, 5mm wide and 1.75mm thick, with a 4mm opening. Choose the left or right ear. Silver keeps the single stone cool and clear.
